The Neutral Wireless team is very proud to have been the recipient of several high-profile awards.

EBU Technology and Innovation Award
European Broadcasting Union — June 2023
In collaboration with BBC R&D, BBC News, and BBC Technology Group, Neutral Wireless deployed the world’s largest single-use private 5G standalone (SA) network to support the broadcast of His Majesty King Charles III’s Coronation. This work was recognised with a prestigious EBU Technology & Innovation award; beating 23 entries from broadcasters from across Europe.

IBC Accelerator Project of the Year Award
IBC — February 2023
Neutral Wireless won the IBC Accelerator Project of the Year Award 2022 as a champion of the “5G Remote Production… in the Middle of Nowhere” project. Our team partnered with local broadcasters and production crews to deploy 5G private networks and modem solutions in New Zealand, Kenya, Ireland, Denmark, Scotland, and England on a variety of international shared bands for sports events, festivals, and cultural activities.

Neutral Wireless would not have won these awards without the support and collaborative efforts of our various project partners, of whom there are too many to list.
